• Terms of ServiceVersion 2026-10-03These Terms govern your use of every SapiensQ website, application and product that links to them, including Refill and Cohorta. Finance90 has its own Terms of Service at finance90.ai/terms. The schedules at the end add terms that apply to one service only. Headings are provided for convenience; the numbered paragraphs form the agreement.
• Privacy PolicyVersion 2026-10-03This Policy describes how SapiensQ collects, uses, stores and shares personal information across our websites and products, including Finance90, Refill and Cohorta. Where a product handles something differently, the difference is stated in the table for that product rather than left to inference.

Service schedules

Each schedule is part of the Terms of Service, applies only to the service it names, and opens on a page of its own. Where a schedule and the main body conflict, the schedule prevails for that service.

• Schedule BRefill Service TermsThis schedule applies to Refill, including refill.coach and any Refill workspace provisioned for an organisation. It adds to the main body and prevails over it for that Service.
• Schedule CCohorta Service TermsThis schedule applies to Cohorta, the synthetic survey service formerly published as Seoul-Survey. It adds to the main body and prevails over it for that Service.

When you accept these documents in a SapiensQ product, the product records which revision was in force. These are the current ones.
